A great white wine from the Graves region of Appellation Contrôlée Pessac-Léognan produced by the Domaine Clarence Dillon

Les Plantiers du Haut-Brion is made from a blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon grapes. Its quality approaches that of the two grands vins blancs, Château Haut-Brion white and Château Laville Haut-Brion. Les Plantiers du Haut-Brion has the same elegance, complexity and all of the rich aromas of the sweet white wines of Bordeaux.

It is the perfect example of white wines coming from this specific region of the Graves combining the freshness of a dry white wine with the myriad of aromas, so complex and subtle, that one associates with sweet wines during their different stages of maturity. In short, one could say that it is a sweet dry wine.

Its limited production is mostly reserved for restaurants in France.
